With a focus on mentoring, BioMed Realty's Colleen O'Connor authors article to share lessons learned in life sciences real estate

As part of The Business Journals’ Bizwomen feature, BioMed Realty’s Colleen O'Connor authored an article to share insights and advice from her successful career in life sciences real estate. In her current role – Senior Vice President, Leasing, East Coast and UK Markets – Colleen helps to foster the growth of vibrant innovation communities in the Greater Boston area and in the UK. She also makes it a priority to mentor young professionals as they enter the industry.
