Scientist - Assay Development Group

A BSc or MSc qualified Scientist is required to join our assay development group. A degree in Biological Sciences with knowledge of immunology, protein and cell biology would be desirable, ideally with experience of working with antibodies. The successful candidate will have experience in biochemical and biological screening assays, and previous experience with cell based assays would be advantageous. Other assays used may include - HTRF, FACS, binding assays, alphascreen and reporter gene assays.

Bioconjugation Chemist

A vacancy has arisen for a bioconjugation chemist to work on PolyTherics’ proprietary site-specific conjugation technologies. This role involves the preparation and characterisation of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and PEGylated biotherapeutics to support both internal projects and external collaborations. Experience of conjugation technologies, protein purification and protein characterisation is highly desirable.

Senior Scientist - Assay Development Group

A PhD qualified (or equivalent experience) Senior Scientist is required to join our assay development group. A Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with in-depth knowledge of immunology, protein and cell biology would be highly desirable, ideally with experience of working with antibodies. Key responsibilities include the design, set up, optimisation and interpretation of screening assays in support of drug discovery and development projects across both Antitope and PolyTherics.
