Project Management Positions Within Drug Discovery/Biotechnology

We are looking to expand our Drug Discovery & Development team and positions are available in a variety of roles at a range of experience levels including Project Leader, Project Manager and Project Coordinator.

About Us
RxCelerate is an outsourced drug discovery and development platform. Our experienced leadership team design and deliver on integrated programs to drive client assets through drug discovery, preclinical research and beyond. We specialise in bespoke experimental design with data-rich endpoints; maximising chances of reaching the clinic. Our clients range from entirely virtual start-ups, using RxCelerate as their infrastructure, through to 3 of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. 

Candidates should have experience in leading or supporting project teams, and enthusiasm for drug discovery and development in a fast-moving environment. We are seeking candidates with a background in either biologics or small molecule therapeutics. Experience of early clinical development would be advantageous. 

Candidates should be highly organised, independently motivated and have outstanding attention to detail. They should be responsive and comfortable interacting with stakeholders across diverse disciplines and levels of seniority. 

  • Lead and manage multiple drug discovery projects from discovery to development using an out-sourced model
  • Design and deliver project plans and budgets utilising in-house capabilities and external research organisations
  • Drive high-performance of project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective decision making
  • Manage corporate operations and organise scientific data in preparation for asset sale.
