What is the best method to protect your ideas and inventions? This is a session to explore the pros and cons of protecting your invention by patent, and the advantages and disadvantages of keeping your invention a secret, and relying on the protections given by law to trade secrets. Speakers will be from law firm Penningtons Manches and patent attorney firm Appleyard Lees, based in Cambridge.
