BioWednesday London: Building and Nurturing the Right Leadership Team

18:00 - 21:00

Carmichel Fisher, 25 Old Broad St, London EC2N 1HQ
15 February 2017

Despite the diversity of biotech company models, many of them face common challenges when it comes to technology convergence, scientific credibility, fund raising and attracting the right executive talent.

Our BioWednesday will highlight a case study on how an antiviral biotech company, ReViral, has managed to navigate its way to success. The evening will explore the process ReViral has gone through and Eddy Littler, CEO will cover the creation of the business, funding challenges and the scientific development of novel first in class antivirals. This case study will provide the back drop for a further panel discussion on the importance of bringing in, and retaining, the right skills and people for an entrepreneurial business. The panel will include input from specialists from executive search, investors and organisational effectiveness consulting.
